  We are an Israeli couple, stayed at the guest house for one night. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice front desk guy which explained us all the details.
  We received a room with windows to the front street on the first floor, we requested to change the room as we like to sleep in but got told that all other rooms are either occupied or under renovations.
  As we arrived we went immediately out, which was a good thing as it allowed time for some fresh air to enter the room as it seems it wasn't done for a while.
  The main entrance to the room has the smell of a room that never got cleaned and on very seldom occasions gets fresh air.
  We couldn't sleep in as there were a lot of noise from the main street, in addition the bed is not comfortable and around 1.8 meters in length so I had my legs swinging in the air during the night.

  Недобросовестные хозяева, по цене роскошного трёхместного номера со всеми удобствами пытались сдать конурку на чердаке с рассыпающейся мебелью и без заявленных удобств. Поменять номер либо вернуть разницу в цене отказались, но согласились отменить сделку с мгновенным возвратом платежа. Угрожали и вели себя агрессивно.

  המיקום טוב מאוד- ממש במרכז העניינים.
  מאוד מאוד נקי ומטופח.

  Mr. Haddad is an excellent example of hospitality. The rooms were kept clean, the showers were warm and the beds were comfortable. He gave us advice about Haifa, too. He also found items we left behind and worked to get them back to us. The location is also nearly unbeatable in Haifa.
  
  5/5, would stay at the Haddad Guest house again.
