Don't book here! Awful bedrooms windowless. The room was dirty without bedsheets to cover yourself from the dirty blankets. You can hear everything from the other rooms and our neighbors were particularly noisy till 2am. The common restrooms were also dirty and not maintained.
Probably we got what we paid for (roughly 35$ for a private double rooms and shared bathroom).
The staff was kind and professional.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This place is way better than other hostels in Haifa. The place in under new management, so the old reviews aren't applicable. The place is clean, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good price, and the showers work really well wich is a big bonus.

One of the best stays I had at a hostel. The people there are heart warming and made us feel very welcome. If you have the choice try to stay here early of your Israel trip - we got so many suggestions and they actually took their time to help us plan the rest of the weeks we are here. Additionally you can ask any questions about the country, religion or politics.
If anything was unclear or somebody missed a blanket (like I read in some previous reviews), they found a solution (blanket) very fast.

No sheets..or you have to ask but most of the people sleep without sheets. No very hygienic. Bathrooms should be cleaner
Way how to reach the hostel should be better explained. You don t see anything from outside
I passed 2 times without knowing it was an hostel.

I travelled a lot, but that's one of the worst places I've been recently: rooms are unclean, no sheets provided, thin walls (you hear every movement of the neighbors),shady restrooms, no windows, awfully smell everywhere. Worst value for money.

I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. When I checked in, the bed did not have any sheets/blankets on it and the manager said he would bring some. When we got back to the hostel at 10pm he hadn't brought any and he was no where to be found. We called his cell phone and he didn't answer. We woke up to him banging on walls and knocking things over at 2am. He was definitely on drugs. We were really scared in our room because the door did not have a lock so we had to tie the door shut. He tried to come into our room multiple times throughout the night so most of us did not sleep the whole night. In the morning we talked with the other guests and they told us that he had laid down in peoples beds and tried to kiss them. We tried to get the phone number of the owners but he would not give it to us nor would he refund our stay.

It was a terrible stay. Checked in with a couple friends. When we arrived there were no sheets/linens on one of the beds and the manager said he would arrange sheets to be on the bed when we arrived back from touring. When we arrived back that night the sheets were still not on the bed. We woke up at 2am to the manager banging on the wall outside of our dorm. The manager tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times, and there were no locks on the dorm rooms so we made a makeshift lock with a purse. We checked out first thing in the morning and called later that day to ask for a refund but the manager refused. The manager must have been under the influence of something.

The manager went, clearly confused (maybe because of alkohol or something else) into the dorm rooms and tried to lie down next to boys and girls. He wasn't agrassive at alle but clearly not in a good state of mind. One could call it even tough sexuall harassment. Almost all guests checked out this morning.
This problem was also verry uncomfortable because you can not lock the dorm rooms at all.
Also some of the toilets and showers cannot be closed.

Place is near railway station, it is clean and relativelly good. It is no enough space to create better human relations and it is suitable more for just overnight stay.

Nice hostel close to the center and nice staff. Common area is very nice. Rooms are clean and worth the money - but thin walls in case you are noise sensitive.

Great location right next to the city center. The hostel looks really nice. No contact with the owner - we really struggled to meet him to pay for the hostel and had to wait for him before we checked out and moved to another city. Tiny kitchen with no cups.

went once in october. Place was dirty, no owner or contact nearby and one room wasn't ready when we arrived. When the room finally was given to us, it was still dirty. There was a condom in the 'cleaned' bed, and even worse the plumming: it flooded the shower with very very dirty water. we couldn't stay there obviously. After all the room was to expensive for the quality and i would look for another hostel nearby. It wouldn't hurt to look a little further

No reception, no thick walls between the rooms, not enough restroom, no cool tenant, no payment invoice available, no nothing I travelled a lot across Israel and first time that I write a negative comment

Went 2 times. Walls are too small, not insulate. When there is people you can hear everything. The owner is never here. He is doing everything by phone. Last time I waited 30min before to check with the lady (very kind) who is doing the cleaning and spoke only Russian.
Price is too high for that quality.

The place is built in an office area, and seems as if it's just extra space they're renting out and wanted to make a quick buck. Beds were uncomfortable with mold growing on the walls. TVs while nice and modern didn't work properly with any cable channels. The "outdoor seating" is for the office space below. The place has walls incredibly thin, which allow you to hear everyone snoring 3 rooms away. There was no option for private bathrooms and hot water ran out after two minutes in the shower. Horrible experience, do your best to stay away.
