Clean rooms, decent breakfast, very nice staff. A very good location next to the visitors center and almost on the rim of the crater.

Terrible experience
Rooms are'nt clean,a rat was trying to get in (from the floor)
It got out,big grey rat.
The workers are'nt paying attention to the people staying in,and we got.laughed at multiple times
The food is very salyt and not good.

A hostel with some private bedrooms, which can be used by families (up to 1 double and 3 single beds). Nice and clean. Very close to the crater and visitor center.
