When renting a car from Grenoble France last month I was forced to wait for an hour for the office to open. I had booked the car for 12 noon but the office was closed between 12 and 1.
When the office eventually opened there were 5 people ahead of me. This wouldnt have been too bad if there had been a chair to sit on however there were no chairs in the office. I eventually got my car, which was an underpowered and dented Kaya. Thank you Hertz, I certainly wont be using your company next vacation.
