  We arrived at Babai's opening event after reading about their "traditional tastes" OTH, live music and dessert menu, eventually ended up drinking a mediocre milkshake, a frozen dessert that's clearly industrial, and having the amazing traditional dish - an empty mini-pita, which made us order a watermelon because we came in expecting to have dinner.
  
  Service was terrible, the Waiter kept harassing us trying to make us order more of the nearly non-existing menu, refused to serve us with a glass water, saying they didn't have a tap or something for that matter, while there was a HUGE container of fresh water which they refilled every few minutes for a private event (a birthday) they somehow hosted during their own opening night, taking up most of the restaurant.
  
  To top it off, when we wanted to go elsewhere to have a proper dinner,
  We had to ask for the bill twice.
  
  Thank God for the location, the amazing ocean view is what made it a 2 star rating rather than 1. nothing else.

  Interesting place on Jaffa beach. Reasonable choices of food and prices. Nice staff. Parking place not so easy to find.

  we celebrate a day of Birthday of a dear friend for his 90th It was after dark, we couldn't see nor the sea or the seashore- the restaurant is located on the beach in ecsotic earia of Jaffa.I recommend on this unique restaurant for the food, for the service and for the atmosphere to make an effort and to be there when the sun is going dawn and you remain speechless and internalize.

  We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here! Fantastic food, excellent service, an intimate setting, and reasonable prices.
  
  Their service was top notch. I ordered the shellfish platter for one, cooked cajun style because I special requested it that way. It was finger licking good.
  
  Not too expensive so I would love to come here again!
