  1. Wrong price and wrong address on the itinerary.
  2. Old and all scratches car.
  3. The car was stinking, but no other car available.
  4. Rude service: on return- no marking where to return, no workers around. When inquiried in the office, I was told to find the employee at the parking. After my surprised reaction, the clerk asked me to calm down and go behind to drink water. He called the employee and found out that nobody is there.
  5. I was asked how was my rent, I described, but was told that they do not care about how am I satisfied with the car, but only about new scratches.
  
  Summary: unprofessional, rude and inefficient office. Easily the worst I seen. The management doesn't care.
  
  Avoid at all cost.

  שרות מצויין, תוך דקות החזרנו את הרכב, שעות פתיחה ארוכות מאד. ניתן להחזיר את הרכב 24/7
