Basic as can be. Old & tired but Clean. Beach is over the road so is in a good location. Definitely not a 3 star though.

Very kind staff. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and other great restaurants. The breakfast was really good also. The room was small, but most inexpensive hotels are in Israel. A good deal for your money.

The staff was very nice and multilingual, so this isn't a criticism of them! Also location is good and there is extremely convenient parking close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. So why the one star?

Our room was Gross. It absolutely REEKED of cigarettes despite being on a no smoking floor, and the carpet had a very disturbing oily moist quality. We had to keep the window open from the smell, but the noise from the busy road then kept us awake.

It's possible we got an exceptionally bad room (other reviewers had a good experience) but I cannot recommend based on our night there.

I have been there many times coming from the USA to Bat Yam . This is the best hotel and the most friendly people you can find there.Best location on the beach in Bat yam can not ask for more.
