  Sorry to ruin your streak of 5 stars. But such cases must be presented and not eliminated under a score of 4.9 in Google.
  Pros: Very available and promise to prepare an order within one business day. Because of the speed of the work I was enthusiastic.
  Disadvantages: Expensive, humiliating service experience, location of the office in an uninviting area and no parking next to the business.
  
  I talked on the phone, they directed me to WhatsApp to get a quote. I received a price offer that is not attractive, and there are enough competitors in the market and in Ashkelon in particular. Because they promise really fast work, I still wanted to go ahead with them. I didn't get a satisfactory answer on the phone/whatsapp about the products they provide, so I came to the office to get an impression. I chose the option and wanted to make an order already. I received a very limited and unsatisfactory answer to my questions. The employee refused to speak in Hebrew, rolled her eyes and repeated several times with the statement: "You don't understand." I'm really sorry that I didn't understand what you meant, but I came to place an order and pay for the product, and also for future orders, and I realized that I'm an unwanted customer in this business. When I asked to make a change in the order, the price increased significantly. When it was expensive in the first place.
  
  Unfortunately or happily, I will not be able to share an opinion on the quality of the final product, because as you can conclude, I did not place an order in the "Sympathy" pattern. I went back to a previous printing house with a more attractive price, I made a change in the order with them as well, the price did not change from the original quote, I received the order within three days and not within a day and I was very satisfied.
  
  Next time I won't even consider checking with you. I had enough.
  Joy for the customers who did not go through what I went through in this business.

  Really not sympathetic, too bad. We received a fairly attractive price offer, but the whole interaction with them was unpleasant and irrelevant. The employee Adi communicates impatiently and probably without sufficient professional knowledge.
  We paid more elsewhere (Digiman) without unnecessary talk and without matters.
