  A tray that was sent to me in Ashkelon arrived in an unpleasant and unattractive manner, when it was served to the table after it came out of the refrigerator, we were present to see an emaciated pomegranate that was scattered on the orange, the saber was crushed by the hotel for acidity except for grapes and watermelon which were satisfactory, the rest of the fruits were almost inedible.

  Do not order from them in any way.
  A delivery ordered on Thursday to Monday did not arrive.
  When I called to find out, they didn't even know that the shipment hadn't been sent.
  In short there are enough people to invite, avoid unpleasantness and heartache.
  In 2019 we deserve excellent service in the country
  
  The comment below is unnecessary and stupid. How do you have to??? And immediately.within minutes.
  There is no control over deliveries that have a charge and no delivery confirmation at the end of the day?
  A day later.two days later??? something?
  And after I called, they ask me what I would like to do..funny.
  Offer for a service call: Hello.first of all we were wrong. You deserve another basket that you can order for the next year.
  It immediately removes the customer's thorns.

  Lack of professionalism in sending the package, unpleasant attitude from the level of the courier to the level of the manager. Recommends giving up the company and looking elsewhere
