Excellent, courteous, reliable, fast and very professional service.
Michelle came to my house after I approached him because of an active water leak. In a short time, easily, efficiently and with great professionalism he found the source of the leak.
Within two days, an expert opinion was sent to me, written in a detailed and professional manner that includes pictures from a normal look and a thermal look.
The repair work was carried out by him already that day, to my complete satisfaction.
Honest person, professional work and the price - fair!

I came to Michelle on the recommendation of a plumber for the purpose of locating a leak and writing a report for the purpose of filing a claim with the Superintendent of Condominiums. Michelle arrived on time, did an inspection, photographed everything and gave a professional opinion report. Recommended.Even when I asked to do a re-test to be sure of the bedding, Michelle arrived on time, and we checked again.

I hired Michelle's services from Messi to check for a leak. He was very caring, kind and professional! Even after the report was published, he was always available for further questions and explanations. He really helped me make sure in front of the contractor that all the failures were indeed fixed for me. Truly service above and beyond!

Michelle came to us to locate a source of a leak in the house. We have no words to describe the seriousness, reliability, courtesy and professionalism. The problem was complex and the source of the leak was not discovered on the first visit. Michelle did not give up and assured us that as long as the source of the problem was not found he would not abandon us. Although the monetary cost (perfectly fair) included one visit, Michelle came to us 6 times at no extra cost. Eventually he found the source of the problem and he cooperated with the plumber in an amazing way that included another visit to our daughter. We highly recommend Michelle as an excellent professional and as a reliable, courteous and pleasant-mannered person.
