I must start by saying I just dropped by, but Gil was more than happy to accommodate me with what little time they had. I initially saw a report on what they were doing (growing chocolate trees in Israel) online. I was very fascinated and wanted to see his growing facilities since I am a plant hobbyist. So I went alone on a Sunday. They were sadly already giving a chocolate demo class, so Gil showed me around. He also suggested other places with plants on the Moshav. It was beautiful there. The tour was interesting. He apparently has lost 4 of the 6 trees. But he is getting some new ones to replace the old ones. The chocolate class looked fun from what I saw. And they have a neat little shop and restaurant. I would recommend anyone who is interested in chocolate should go here.

80₪ per person. Worth it imo. Made an a5 sized chocolate picture, a cone filled with ganache and decorated with melted chocolate and sprinkles and a small block of chocolate with crushed cookies, rice Krispies and smarties. We then got to eat marshmallows dipped in melted chocolate. Very fun for kids!! They also grow cacao trees there which was great to see.

A place for ventures. Great catering, very beautiful. Can have chocolate workshop for kids and/or grown ups.

And also for anyone who wants to have a great event.
You can either have chocolate preparation session for kidd
Or a session for adults
Or just have an event with great catering services.

Excellent experience! Very informative on how chocolate is being made plus a nice workshop for kids where everyone can form and taste chocolate.
