  The place is old and unkept.
  
  The cleanliness was subpar and borderlines against the ministry of health guidelines. Even though the place is indoors, there were small flies zooming around, something that happens when insects make their nest in the area and larva just hatched.
  
  The table we sat at was sticky and unpleasant to place our elbows and hands on. We received glasses for our water and one of them was completely filthy, with smudge all over it and unusable. A smoothie I ordered came in a sticky glass so i obviously couldn't finish it.
  Although we ordered two different meals, we both got the same thing.
  
  Abysmal experience.

  הגעתי אתמול עם עוד 5 מחברותיי לסניף בסינמה סיטי לחגוג לי יום הולדת מתוך הכרות רבת שנים עם המקום והתרשמותי לטובה. הושיבו אותנו ליד הדלת החיצונית,היה מאוד קר,ביקשנו לסגור אך נענינו בשלילה. האוכל הגיע לאחר זמן רב,וגם אז במקום ספגטי הגיע פנה שהוחלף בהמשך לספגטי,הזמנו רביולי עם תרד ,ורק לאחר המתנה מרובה ,נאמר לנו ע"י המלצרית שנגמר,הסלט היווני היה נראה חיוור. שתי המנות העיקריות היו קטנות יחסית למחיר. הזמנו את האחמ"ש ,הבטיח פיצוי,גם זה לא קרה. אכזבה גדולה !!לא מתכוונת לחזור יותר,משהו רע קרה למקום וחבל!!

  ‎לא להתקרב!!!!!
  פעם ראשונה ואחרונה שלי שם, אחרי מעל לשעה שעמדנו בתור הובילו אותנו לשולחן מבולגן וגילינו שלמעשה מדובר בבופה ביום שישי, במקום שיגישו לנו אחרי כל ההמתנה. האוכל והמקום לא נראים טוב, יחס מזלזל מצד המארחת. בסופו של דבר פרשנו לארומה‎

  היינו ביום שישי במסעדה בסניף רחובות בשעה 18:30 בערב.
  המסעדה לא הייתה מלאה בכלל, הגענו שולחן של 15 איש לחגוג יום הולדת.
  השירות היה גרוע בכל מובן - מנות לא הגיעו, הגיעו באיחור, קרות או שרופות, מנת השניצלונים של הילדה הייתה חרוכה לגמרי, אם ילדה בת 4 התלוננה שלא יכולה לאכול זה כנראה אומר משהו.
  בקיצור, אכזבה קשה מאוד

  הזמנו שני משולשי פיצה רגיל. לקחת. עלה 26 ש"ח. זה מטורף. מוגזם. ציפינו לפיצה חלומית אבל היא היית הכי רגילה שיש. אפילו הבסיס היה קשה מידי ועבה מידי. הדוכן מעוצב יפה. תחושה של דוכן באיטליה.
