המקום נראה כמו דיינר. רועש והומה. בכל מקום במסעדה יש ריח חזק של ביוב /מטבח לא נעים בעליל. קצת מפחיד לאכול.. אבל התגברנו על הפחד והאוכל דווקא סבבה+
אבל אתם חייבים לפתור את בעיית הריח הנוראי במקום

They were once much better but i can honestly still give them a 5 star, the food is simple and inexpensive. I mostly recommend going for pasta! They mix it in a huge wheel of cheese (parmesan) and serve a lot of it on top of your pasta!
Its a nice ceremony and the pasta is good IMO.

Also you can build your own desert or skit it and go to shakeout across the street (which is also cool, but has only shakes)

A really good restaurant that serves its customers well and has a variety of ‏food choice.
Among with the main menu, it has a menu that is dedicated to desserts, which makes it much easier to order desserts - instead of getting confused with the desserts section in the main menu like in other restaurants.

My husband and I had been visiting his uncle who lives near Florentin during our stay in Tel Aviv and the day before we were due to leave Tel Aviv we decided on an evening out nearby and walked into Choco Lulu. The host was not available so we sat down in the restaurant, looked at the menu and were ready to order. The host came to our table after about 10 or 15 minutes. I thought he was coming to take our order considering we were there for a while, instead we were asked to leave. We were told the restaurant was full and reserved. There were plenty of tables empty. How can it be full when we are already sat at the table?

Were not asked to wait while they check if they could accommodate us or if there was any waiting time for tables to clear. The host was rude and his attitude leaves me to wonder whether we were kicked out simply because they didn't like the fact that a black person was in their restaurant and considering the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised in addition to the racist tone that was displayed during our visit. Also, my husband's uncle has been in there a few times with no problem but the moment he brought a black person he was asked to leave when there were plenty of empty tables with no reserved sign on any of them. My rating is solely on the service and treatment we received as we were asked to leave before we could order so I cannot rate the food. We ended up eating at Florentin House nearby, a much more welcoming establishment, while trying not to let that cloud our last night in Tel Aviv. Definitely wouldn't spend my money in Choco Lulu considering how we were treated.

Ordered a Cheeseburger, asked for medium but it came well.
The worst part is the check\bill - it is hand written without prices next to the dish list. You need to start calculate your self what you need to pay. It is especially bad when you are dining with a friends.
Even when we asked for a check with prices, we got back the same stupid list without prices.

Have been a couple of times now and every time has been AMAZING! Their seafood is great and some of the best in Israel, and this is coming from someone who lives in New Orleans. Had Amir as my server every time and he has had great suggestions for courses. Definitely try to save room for their ice cream deserts, the presentation is incredible!

Don't know why the map gives the name only in Hebrew, but this is Choco-Lulu. This is my favorite TLV eateryexcellent food at competitive prices. They give a choice of baked potato with sour cream instead of the universal chips/French fries. I liked everything I've had here, but my favorite is the Thai chicken.

Although the menu has many options - you must order the pastas! They come out with a giant circle of parmesan cheese the put the hot pasta inside the cheese mix, then they add the sauce and serve it to you. Amazing -the show as well as the taste! Also for dessert they have a chocolate ball which they pour chocolate sauce on top till it melts. Just like all the YouTube videos. This restaurant provides the full entertainment as well as great food! You will love this!
