The atmosphere seems inviting when you walk in. The place has a pleasant decor and the waiting staff is friendly.
Then you open the menu and see the prices. Way over priced, dishes are average size. The food was good, but not that good!
Then we ordered (a party of 6). The wait is long, as mentioned in other reviews. We waited for over an hour! The restaurant was mostly empty, I wonder how long they take when they are full. We thought about leaving half way through, but the friendly staff kept promising us that it was almost done. About 10 min in our waitress came to inform us that they didn't have one of the dishes, yet people who arrived after us seemed to have no problem ordering it and even receiving it long before our order arrived.
Then they served our food and forgot one order! I kid you not, After waiting for an hour, one person did not get his food. Apparently the order was not taken down properly, and now we were down one dish. That person took it well, mistakes happen. They took his order down again and promised it would be out before we all left.
The side salad had not arrived with my dish, I pointed it out to the staff, who said she would be right on it. 15 minutes later I asked a different waiter, he said he would be right on it, this time I watched as he told the owner, and the owner shook his head. We tried a few more times, each time was the same: the waiter smiles politely in approval, gets a 'no' from the owner and does not bother to come back and update me, as if they were hoping I would forget.
The salad was only a small bowl of lettuce, but I was getting annoyed. I called a staff member over and asked for the owner. She asked why, I was annoyed at the question, but answered her politely to my observations of the place.
The owner was rude, he seemed terribly inconvenienced by the notion that a customer would ask for him. I shared our saga and ended with the salad. He didn't apologize, and only answered that enough salads came out. We counted the dishes on the table together, he still seemed unconvinced, I sent out six salads, he kept on saying. We pointed out that there were only 4 on the table. Since one person did not get his order yet, we were only expecting 5.
Finally I gave up, why arguing with me over a few pieces of lettuce, I asked him. He replied- I could ask you the same thing.
We ordered the bill immediately, when it arrived, we were in for another surprise. They double charged us on a meal. The one that was ordered again because they 'forgot' it. We had to argue about this as well, till they understood what had happened.
Horrible experience, over priced food, horrible service and a dishonest Owner.

The food was good, albeit a little pricey. The wait staff were pleasant. Service could have been quicker yet wasn't unreasonably slow either.

No parking noisy full of traffic around. Cars pollution better avoid like many other places around and in Jerusalem unfortunatlly
