I had a nice stay at the A23 Boutique Hotel. Despite the very limited space of the room, and the lack of a working desk, I was happy to be there due to the kind and eager staff. The location is very convenient as it’s only 5’ walk from the beach front.

Absolutely loved this little hotel. Cozy and trendy, it’s very close to the beach while being on a busy street full of bars and restaurants. There is life here during Shabbat which is nice. The breakfast is delicious! The rooms are brand new.
USE THE COMPLIMENTARY BIKES to explore the beach board walk - also a quick ride away from the beautiful city park with dedicated bike lanes.

Ps PARKING is difficult but not impossible to find. Street signs are complicated and all in Hebrew. You can park at one of the large lots/hotels along the beach or the side streets. You can park free overnight on main street during Shabbat but leave by 4-5 pm on Saturday.

Absolutely loved the breakfast! The dinner was nice and casual, but the dishes weren’t anything to rave about. Shakshuka looked good!

The room was incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary fruit basket. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were divine.
The only issue, it can get a bit loud with the restaurant below.
I highly recommend it

הזמנו סוויטה לנו ולשני ילדים.
היה צפוף באופן היסטרי.
השירותים מקלחת מיניטורים.
וכדי להיכנס לשירותים הילדים היו צריכים לעבור בחדר שלנו.
מטבח ישנו, אבל לא שימושי אם פותחים את מיטת הילדים.
תכלס עדיף מלון רגיל על פני מלון בוטיק מבחינת השירותים.
אבל רצינו משהו בוטיקי שיקי ומיוחד אז בזה המקום עומד.

Excellent boutique hotel, very clean and with a great design and attention for the details. The ladies at the reception were kind and helpful. The hotel is completely new and the pictures are reliable. The breakfast is very good and is available even until late morning.
I've been there already twice, the location is perfect, a very nice and safe neighborhood very close to the beach (5 min walk from the best beaches lala land and top sea).
A definitely recommended hotel in Tel Aviv.

Tried to stay here (when they were Arlazorov hotel). Arrived at midnight with the kid, with pre-paid booking. They said sorry, there's a leaking pipe in your room and we have no other room available. Sent us to a different, lousy, dirty, shabby hotel 2km away, on our own, with no map or taxi - having given us just the name of the hotel.
