  This place is like the Israeli Starbucks. SB came to Israel, but didn't survive. Aroma is so-so coffee and pastries. The service is as bad as any hipster coffee shop in the states, but without any of the charm of hipster coffee shops. They do have English menus and the staff is typically good with dealing with foreigners. It's not a bad place to sit and rest or study while you're here in Israel.

  Excellent coffee. Lots of different choices. Tasty treats as well. I come here daily to buy my Americano with Hot Milk. I like the little chocolates they give you as well. Friendly staff.

  Aroma is consistent if not exciting. Aroma is more about the place than the coffee, that's for sure and the food, which is acceptable, but as is the way of any chain that has a system, good, but not stunning.
  
  This location is great for people watching. It's right in the middle of the modern part of Jerusalem, recently redeveloped because of the light railway.
