I live in Boulder Colorado where it’s known as the land of the healthiest people in America and maybe even the world! Yoga studios are everywhere you set your eyes and some of the worlds best yoga instructors live and teach here in Boulder.
I am originally from Wicklow Ireland so I go home every year to visit my Mom. Knowing Teresa’s yoga classes are waiting for me gives me great peace of mind because I actually come back to Boulder stronger from her unique and unbelievably professional approach!! I wish I could move her to Boulder!
Just meeting her is so uplifting so if you are lucky enough to take one of her classes don’t hesitate! You will walk away feeling centered and better in your body. Teresa has a way of making everyone feel at home in her classes too.

I remember phoning Teresa to ask her about her Teacher Training course & mentioning that I was in my 50's. She was so lovely & funny & put me at ease. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure to be anything, but myself. I qualified in 2019 & I began to teach immediately only because I had Teresa to help me whenever I needed her advice. I have stayed o line with Teresa & because of her wonderful classes my love for yoga has become stronger.

Teresa is an amazing yoga teacher and I would highly recommend joining her classes. I've seen a massive improvement in my yoga practice since I started with her & can't wait to keep going 🙌 She's also a really lovely person - super authentic, unique and gives a lot to her students.

How blessed am I to have found Teresa and YOGA SACRED SPACE back in 2004. I have moved with Teresa through many sacred spaces in Wicklow town and now to this new yoga cyber sacred space. What an amazing lady who can embrace and manage change so effortlessly. She lives her best yoga life and helps me to do the same. With Teresa I have found the most harmonious balance between physical well being and inner calm. She teaches with purpose and love and is such a kind and patient instructor. Her intuition, positive energy and beautiful voice make her classes a really special experience. Through yoga poses, breathing, posture, balance, chanting, meditation and relaxation I get to soothe and nourish my body, mind and spirit.
