I saw previous comments about the bad response but I decided to go ahead anyway. I took weeks to get a response. After getting an appointment where I specified that have to be at that time they sent me a message saying that will be 30 min late. I decided to wait but after 45 min late I had to leave and left my husband in charge. When Wayne, that is the owner, didn't find me at home, he said to my husband that he will come another day. I am still waiting for that other day. I sent couple of message to Wayne without getting an answer back. I expressed my frustration to Jade (in charge of correspondence) and he said they are extremely busy and even when Wayne informed he was late, I left. Unbelievable that they are late but I am the responsible! If you want an punctual and honest company that take care of the client, avoid them!

I have recently had my attic converted by 5 Star Attics and I have been using this space as my home office, small gym and storage for several weeks.
I'm a very demanding customer, very pressed for time and I have been checking progress done multiple times in a day.
Wayne and Damien are professionals and have delivered on time and on budget. Original quote was respected and when I have presented them with complaints or post work requests they have addressed them in a respectful, timely and effective manner.
I highly recommend them.
I'm very happy with the outcome of the conversion and the quote received and billed was the most competitive one.

A very well oiled operation run by Wayne. His crews operate at speed and precision. Created a new bedroom in the attic. Highly recommend as one of the best experiences on home improvement and construction I’ve had. Have to call out Damien as a great project manager.

We have recently completed our attic conversion with 5 Star Attics - Jan 2021 . I have to say that Wayne and his team were brilliant.
They were very organized and worked was carried with minimum disruption to house life. We are both working from home and it was important to us to get on with our jobs during the 2 weeks of Attic work.
Wayne and his team were excellent and work was done to very high standard. They kept our carpet covered throughout the whole process so it didn’t get dirty or damaged.
I would like to specially thank 5 Star Attic Project Manager - Damian, who was always on the other side of the phone. Whenever I had questions and always contacted him a sound advice was provided and issues were resolved . Damian managed the project outstandingly, listened to our needs and delivered with attention to detail. Thank you Damian.
Overall we were very happy with 5Star Attics work, friendly staff and reasonable price.
I would strongly recommend 5 Star Attic to friends and relatives for their very high quality Attic Conversation.

Wayne and his team were really good. The on site team left the house really clean each day after finishing. All requests were looked after efficiently and nothing seemed to be too big an ask. Rachel in the office was very helpful and professional. They are still willing to come to fix things after the job is done and after full payment. Not all companies would do that! Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
