It's a pleasant setting. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The owner can be rude there is no denying that fact but the site is quiet and clean, the location is excellent.

The most rude welcome thus far.
We have stayed at over 15 sites in Ireland over the past 6 weeks and I must say this is by far the least freindly of welcomes we have had. No introduction to the site facilities, local area.
We need tourists here in Ireland. You won't keep them coming back with such a frosty reception.

Also quite expensive considering it out of season €52.00 for two nights for caravan with 2 adults, no kids. Electric connection is €4.00 per day and showers €1.00 token.

Very few level hard Stands but the ground is undulating so it's not that easy to level every pitch.

Token required for Iron, microwave, shower, cooker, washing machine, dryer on top of the €4.00 per day electric so quite expensive if your coming as a family.

Reasonable amount of water supply taps around the site but only one grey water disposal so if you have a caravan it's a long walk to the disposal point.

Some pitches are exceptionally small and difficult to manoeuvre into if you have a mid sized caravan.

Pitched a tent in this site. Small field for tents next to the road no view unless you walked up the hill to were the caravans were parked. At €20 euros a night (not including facilities such as showered and kitchen) it's a bit expensive compared to other sites!
