Pretty good store, but not have very wide choice. For example, I wanted to buy extention lead. Price started from 5 euro for 4 sockets ×1 meter. I needed longer (number of sockets does not matter. Was able to find 4 ×3 meters for 15 euro. But not able to fine 1 × 3 or 5 meters.

Huge, dark, kind of unorganized. Don’t like the staff very much as never there when you need them. Also they seem to be understaffed, good luck finding anyone you can talk to.

Woodies sucks at pretty much everything customer service is more or less no existence. There stuff is dearer than anyone else. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom/ living room furniture is garbage and cheaply made. Laminate is stuck on like plastic wrap. Junk. Oh and did I mention the customer service. Despicable

Marvelous place for shopping when you're building, remodeling your home or simply looking for accessories. The aisles are organised and well identified. A really nice variety of products for dogs, cleaning and gardening. Lovely options of small vases of flowers. Very kind and thorough service.

Things are slowly improving here :) Visited couple days ago and I was offered assistance from the staff within 15 minutes without asking!!! Well done Woodies;)

It has everything that you need. Sometimes it is hard to find some things, but the staff usually know which direction to point you in. They have an online search, which is handy. There is an outdoor area for garden plants and furniture, a kitchen building section, tools, even party favours.

It's fine. It's just hard to find staff for something. Usually have to go up to the desk to get someone called. Just annoying.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable but some departments need more of variety. Be careful to order anything from kitchen and bathroom dept. I was waiting for 4 weeks to receive toilet and bath tray.

It what you would expect from any large DIY store. Better than B&Q because staff seem to be easier to find and more knowledgable. It also has a balloon shop inside selling some really cool stuff from Star Wars, and Disney movies.
