The new owners of FIXIY really have surpassed expectations.. I phoned at 12:30pm about my broken iPhone 6 screen and had it fixed and in my hand at 2:45pm SAME DAY! Everything from how my initial call was handled to the engineer that picked it up, fixed it and returned it same day was superb!

I checked the web for competitive prices and FIXIY came up more cost effective by nearly 30 euros! Other services were more expensive and and did not even include the pickup and return!

Highly recommend this service and I have been working in telcoms for 15 years!

Very good quality parts. Great for people who want to try fix their own phones/ Ipads. I use this place a lot. Don't know of any other place that will give you great customer service and help when you need it. Thoroughly recommend it!!

This place is a joke, it's been by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered my parts close to two months ago and after multiple phone calls which just went straight to voicemail and about twenty emails asking for updates I got one reply from some guy named Shane who basically just blamed another colleague for the delay in my order and said that my order would be delivered in two days. Since then, which was just under three weeks ago, I have sent several more emails all of which have got no reply. Besides their incredibly poor unprofessional service they are also quite expensive. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid unnecessary cost and stress. Also all of the good reviews for this business are clearly fake, they're obviously written by the people who own it.
