Good range of equipment but staff uninterested in helping or suggesting what to buy. I spent about 20 mins in the shop searching for different items and the two guys in the shop barely lifted their head out of the computers.

Went there today and am very excited to return to buy my new instrument. Went in and saw a huge selection of guitars, bass and many others. About five minutes into checking out the basses, we had the pleasure to be served by one of the best bass player I've ever seen called Darragh. He asked us would we like to plug in the bass and play it, after a while he offered us to play one of his personal faviourite basses. Overall a great visit and I'm very excited to return after the new year. Defiantly check this place out.

I won't be going here again. Every time I go there's a problem. They don't have the stock, they can't tell me when it's due, I stand at the counter waiting to be served. Some of the staff are nice enough but overall Walton's needs some proper staff training, not just this branch. I wanted to buy an amp. 3 times I went over after being told it should be in "next week". Eventually I just bought it online which I'll be doing from now on. Goodnight John Boy!
