  Last month I bought an Olivia Burton watch for my sister.The person I talked to first was too busy to answer, but I was immediately attended by another person. He responded to my queries in pleasing and professional manner.I was totally satisfied with their service.

  By far the rudest shop I have been in in a good number of years. The staff were exceptionally rude and snooty. Was looking at watches as a gift for someone and decided to take my business elsewhere in the end, due to their attitude. Extremely condescending and very unwelcoming. AVOID
