I've been to most of the marine/hardware stores in the south and east of Ireland, including Cork.

This one is the best. It has the largest inventory I've run across, an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff and best of all, the best prices I've seen anywhere.

Being in such a small town, I had not thought to come here, but was directed by the folks at the New Ross Boat Yard .

They clearly cater to everyone, from the commercial boats to anglers and kayaker.

It's a nice drive too.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it, they could make it or get it shipped in from all over the world. No project is too complex. And they have more than just boat equipment, they have a great selection of tools and general hardware, too.
