I have been a customer of Urlan over several years. I have always been happy with the service. Reçently they checked out my free to air box and supplied a power supply, saving me from buying a new box

On the night of 25 Jan 2017, a storm broke my dish, it rolled on the roof all night, phoned Urlan TV at 9.30 next morning, Mike the installer was on his day off but still came, and by 11am the new dish was in fitted. A huge thank you to Aoife & Mike. Five star service !!!!

Very happy with the service provided by the staff at Urlan T.V. I saw two items on their website I wanted to buy which were at a very good price. Although their site was still under construction, after a phone call to the store the staff facilitated me and dispatched said items. This to me is what "customer focused" means. Thanks for your help.
