This deserves a minus one, star rating. I didn’t get to have an actual appointment, as the receptionist was so rude and incapable of doing her job. Your business depends on customers, if you treat them badly you will lose customers, if you lose customers, you lose your business. For anyone looking for a waxing service in Drogheda that is efficient and friendly, I would suggest Mango. The staff were welcoming and I was happy with the service.

I have been getting my laser done since the start of 2016 and I have found the whole experience brilliant from the first consultation to the first laser appointment. I work in town so Urbana is very convenient for me and I actually make my appointments during lunch time. I find all staff extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Urbana for friendly staff and great results
