  Very good clinic, I recommend it. Great customer service, very good doctor, she gave me all the information I needed, with interest and professionalism. I'll definitely go back. The previous 1-2 star reviews describe totally the opposite, not reliable at all. The clinic is great.

  The doctor was very friendly and I did not have to wait long for an appointment. You also don't need a referral letter for this place which is great. However, I did have a referral letter and the doctor had not read it before I came in. She then was very quick, did not ask me about my previous surgeries etc. On the scan she found nothing bad, which is great. However, she missed a very obvious fact and mentioned contraception although it should have been obvious from the scan that I no longer need that.

  Ridiculous. Waiting six weeks for an appointment, then turning up and your appointment was never booked in the system. Not to mention the ridiculous idea of paying a deposit upfront to see a doctor. Never again!

  A waste of 100 euros and my time. Won't be going back. Very expensive and they didn't do anything. Best to be avoided.

  Very bad clinic. You can feel the Italian "management style". Dr Rita Galimberti just want you to pay the analysis.

  A visit to gynaecological clinics are always a nightmare for me. But all the ladies at Femplus are just amazing. I have seen Dr. Rita and consultant Liz and I want to thank them for their patience, understanding and professionality. I can't say I would love to go there again soon, but I am definitely not so scared anymore and would not panic before next visit :). I would recommend this Clinic to everybody. :)

  I put one star because it is close to where I live. This place has the most terrible customer service I had experienced in my life, it is very expensive and overpriced for the quality of the service. When I rang to make an appointment, they said that consultation costs 50 euros but what you don't know is that if they scan your uterus for 1 min, the price rises straight to 100!
  So they charged me 120euros just for that!
  The evening receptionist is unprofessional and disrespectful. She did not listen to me, was aggressive and insinuating that I was dishonest because I wanted to pay by cheque! I had to pay 120 euros for a cream and a 5 min chat. Complete rip off!
  Don't go there if u want some quality service, they don't care about your problems, they are just after your money!!!!!! Looking for another place now for sure
