  I found the lady who dealt with me this evening unfriendly and quite rude. I purchased a watch there on the 12th February with the recommendations from 2 other extremely friendly and helpful ladies I had dealt with on 2 previous occasions. The ladies I had dealt with previously had told me watches were excellent, that they wore them every day and they didn't tarnish, one of the ladies told me she actually wore hers while in the shower and doing dishes. I went in this evening and I explained to the lady about the watch, that after less than a month it had tarnished and turned my wrist green, to which she replied "you know it's not real" and "they're not meant for everyday wear" and "look at mine it's real, I have one like yours which a wear the odd time for a few hours". I felt that the lady was completely talking down her nose to me. I did not wear this watch on a daily basis, and if I had it would have been on recommendation from the other 2 staff members. I left in disgust! It's not the expense in any way. It's the way the lady spoke to me that annoyed me.
