  having booked a holiday in march 2017to malaysia planning to travel in january2018 and paid for the flights, a very serious medical diagnosis meant we were unable to travel.trailfinders were totally unhelpful in getting refunded.the airline suggested they write to them but they were even unwilling to do this.used them once before but never again,v poor service

  Exellent staff with great knowledge of the places they book trips to. Would give 5 stars if they also booked trips to Europe instead of just rest of the world.

  Helpful and very interested staff..We have used Trailfinders as a family for a few years now, and they really do take the worry and hassle out of booking long haul travel, especially multi trip holidays.. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Was in Trailfinders recently in dublin to book our honey moon, the service was very good with very knowledgeable staff, the price was just about in our budget but the quality of the trip they set up for us is top top quality, I shopped around and got a few quotes that were a good bit cheaper but the standard of hotels others were offering were very poor!! A friend recommended Trailfinders to me as he used them for his honeymoon and he said they made it the dream holiday of a life time and I would highly recommend them as well!! 5 star all the way!!
