I was surprised to have a very negative online shopping experience with this company since the good reviews convinced me that shopping here would be trouble free. Despite having the option to import the tool I needed cheaper , I decided to support local and start a healthy business relationship with a local supplier , a mistake I won't make again. I doubt that shopping in person at their outlet would yield an unpleasant experience but order online at your own peril.
Long story short; they tried to raise the price after I paid for an item online , attempted to extort an extra €50 out of me and upon refusal they sent me the shop floor display model with missing components. (yes lads the screw for securing the grip handle is missing and you didnt clean the original price sticker off properly , I can still see the glue.) Lesson to learn here : Dont trust unverified google reviews , its too easy to pay for good reviews.

You conveniently left out the fact that the listing did not specify the voltage which is why I phoned you before making the purchase and offered to pay you by card over the phone but you insisted that I buy and pay through your website.
After I made the purchase you amended the website then rang me ant told me I purchased the wrong voltage.
Amongst many colourful excuses the one that stood out was that the manager doesn’t know what’s on their website!
You agreed then that it’s not the customers fault that the website is wrong but still decided to send me the shop floor display model with missing parts.
With your little price hike you are a full €100 more expensive than some of your competitors. Good luck and all the best you won’t hear from me again.response / report this review -

Nice shop plenty of variety on offer good deals to be had here, lad's on counter know there tools an good with after sale's as well. You'll be in good hands here.

This business is top class. I have purchased a few power tools and could not fault the friendly staff on their service and professional advice. Would highly recommend Tool Depot.
