  I live in Germany but I'll only order my yarn from here. Always very pleased with the products, the price, and the customer service. The colors on the website are very consistent with the yarn received and shipping has been no problem, everything arrives securely wrapped.

  Very bad. Would never shop here again, a completely stressful experience. Purchased Teal yarn and received a completely different color (petrol blue). The quality of the yarn was also very bad even though it was very expensive. But the fact I got the wrong color and was unable to return the items annoyed me the most. Well never purchase from this site again
