Friendly Helpful Staff, not over you like a contagious rash as in competitor stores. Prices are very competitive.

Went in and a member of staff got what I needed straight away in a friendly and professional manner - paid by card straight away - the staff member took ownership of my shopping experience and made sure I got what I wanted
