  Busy. Felt understaffed. Usual standard handpumps, nothing exciting. Had laidback feel. Food looked way more interesting than the beer.

  My son and I stopped there for food about 5pm this evening.. I got roast beef dinner and my son got roast lamb. .. the food was amazing we were both still talking about how good it was hours later the staff were lovely very friendly and efficient. .. I will definitely go there again

  Food is always excellent here. Wide range on the carvery menu, good value for money. Consistent quality, can be busy here. Also caters for groups in its number of function rooms catering for most events.
