Wonderful service with great people, I was only there for a night because I was apart of a tour around ireland. They made me feel right at home with their sweet pugs. Sleeping aggrangmemts were amazing and very comfortable. A+

Beautiful location and unique styling make the quay house my number one romantic destination. Waking to sun rise and the natural sun trap of clifden Harbour has never become boring.

I have been a guest here many times over 15 years and still feel like I'm somewhere magical when I wake up. Sometimes I come to the area for work and spend a night here by myself. A simple treat but one that changes my whole perception for a week.

My advice to anyone planning a trip to connemara is experience it for yourself. Try out the many different styled rooms.

The most important ingredient are the owners and staff, once when I had the flu they made my dinner and looked after me like family.

My words of course will explain never explain in the depth they deserve.

The Quay House is filled, and I mean filled, with antiques, interesting collectibles from all over the world, and kind hosts who ask often if you need anything. It's an easy walk to the center of town and I would go there again.

The Quay House is brilliant. Paddy and Julia are really nice, friendly, attentive and helpful. The Quay House is situated in a very nice place with a direct view to the harbour. All rooms are well sized and each room has a special topic like Africa, Bamboo and many others. The rooms are very clean and with beautiful decoration. Wifi is very good. Breakfast is extraordinarily good and different from other B&Bs. It is an experience to stay there. 6 stars!
