  Little bit too crowded this Saturday. Toilets not as clean as they should be. No toilet paper too. Otherwise seems ok.

  Huge kids area, big separate seating area for adults so don't have a problem finding seating like similar places and it's quieter. Very clean, staff are very friendly. Had my daughters birthday party here and it was great and the best value. Definitely recommended

  Good place for the kids to run and play. My only note is that if it's cold outside, it will be cold inside. The building is a big metal structure with very thing walls and no insulation. You only feel the warmth from the heaters in very specific locations, so bring a sweater.

  I have been here a few times with my children, on at least three occasions it has been closed on a day the signage and website says it's open, and when it does open, its not until
  11am and again all signage and website says 10am. Signage and website details should be changed! The equipment / play areas could
  also do with being properly cleaned.

  Firstly the lowest i could give was one star but your company DOES NOT deserve it and secondly as a company you should be ashamed of yourselves. My family were in your so called establishment for a birthday party and there was POO on your slide. When my mam approached the manager to speak to her and show her my brother and sisters clothes your so called manager LAUGHED at them. My bothers shirt (shoulder part) nd socks and my sisters socks were covered in poo but yet she continued to laugh into my mams face and ALLOWED ENTERY to other customers. Your company is an absolute disgrace and YOU are clearly not meeting health & safety regulations. When my mam continued to speak to her and told her my bother has a condition called ASD she LAUGHED, said how does she know it wasn't him (poo was on shoulder part of shirt!!) and told us she was ringing the guards The main concern that your manager should of had was my brother nd sister nd the rest of the customers there at the time BUT NO SHE DID NOT CARE I'm glad your employees have such high public relations and are aware of HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS

  Multi-level very safe play areas for under fives and over fives. Each play area is fenced with a gate that you can watch while having a Cappuccino & scone & there's nuggets & burgers for the kids. Just outside Johnstown, needs to be signposted, with parking.
