I think it's time I went elsewhere. Screen 1 never fails to disappoint, from the malfunctioning air-con (it gets very hot with only about 30 people in, and you have to wonder why you can hear it whine and grind above the film), to the vibrating fittings that distract during loud seqeuences and the sound bleed from other screens.

A visit to the cinema should be a treat, an opportunity to enjoy a film being shown with the best possible picture and sound.

Sadly, Odeon Naas is falling far short of this due to environmental factors, whether it be lack of budget or a managment team that just don't care. Whatever the reason, I'm no longer prepared to pay a premium price for a below-par experience. Time to forgo convenience (it's a 10 minute drive) and checkout Tallaght and Newbridge (both 20 minutes away).

Lots of screens and seats are comfy. Only wheelchair access is a wheelchair ramp outside so when its raining its not ideal. Seems a missed opportunity that a lift could not have been put in when it was originally built. Theres only a few tills open at a time so ques can be long if your going to see a new release.

My local and I love it. Pricey for food/snacks, but spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and well run cinema. Parking can sometimes be tricky. Still a great night out on everytime.

Clean, quiet (on a Tue night anyway) and very friendly staff. The only thing I would say is the discounted rate for OAPs does not have that much in the difference to full price. I had my limetless which I love so I didn't mind the price for me, it didn't matter. It was just the OAP price should be less.
