Lovely room. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean and well kept. TV didn't work and we had no milk hence the 4/5.

Horrible beds. the floor is more comfortable. Thin walls, poor upkeep. Free Parking is full by 830pm. Nice bar and restaurant. Foods is normal nothing different then anywhere else.

Staff were friendly and competent. Room and bathroom small and dated. Breakfast crockery had several chinks etc but breakfast itself was ok.

Nice friendly staff, but rooms are small and dusty. Parking in hotel always full so you need to look for street parking.
Staff is offering to use some free parking in two minutes walk, but after 23.00 shutters closed and hard to locate.
So if you need to stay in this hotel with a car please investigate before arrival where to park.
So outcome i needed to pay for "free" parking.

Great value for the location, friendly staff, and a solid bar. The parking is extremely cramped, with a guest almost blocking us from leaving early the next morning to make it to the airport. The room had a weird, damp smell and an iron burn perfectly imprinted on the carpet. I found out where the smell came from when attempting to shower the next morning and watching water flow freely out of the shower, through the bathroom, and in hotel room carpet. But you get what you pay for. If you aren't picky and are looking for reasonable accommodations at a solid pricepoint, hit this place up.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's right in the centre of Limerick making it good value for money. I was a bit worried about some other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and despite some reviews saying that it was noisy due to stag and hen parties we got a great night's sleep. The whole place seemed neat and well kept. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. We had a room in the middle of the hotel looking out onto a central roof area and other guests windows which wasn't brilliant but we have seen this in other hotels. No doubt if you pay more you get one of the rooms looking out onto the river! The underground car park was full but the hotel have a deal with a local multi storey for free parking so we dropped off our cases and parked a block away. No big hassle really. All in all a good stay in a central location.

Very helpful staff. Quick for towels and room needs. Close to everything in Limerick. Enjoyed the restaurant at the Pier. Great, knowledgeable staff. Smaller rooms, but many stays in Ireland are smaller. It's just a common thing.
I recommend this place.

Parking is 1-2 blocks down. It is 'free overnight parking', so if you want the free parking, your car has to be out before 6 a.m.

The hotel was so-so. Very warm at night and the rooms have no A/C. The hotel is located on a busy street, so if you sleep with the windows open, it can get loud. The bed was very bad, we could feel the springs. The bathrooms are small and the shower is tight. If your only staying one or two nights, this might not be a major issue.
It's in a nice location though and the staff was very kind. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the bar down stairs is a nice touch.

Good location right by the riverside and the city centre. The rooms are of decent size. Good WiFi. A little old and shows it. The bathroom is big. Helpful staff. Will recommend it.
