Walked in with three friends at 18.20 on 30/06/16 and asked could we have a table was told we could but would have to be gone by 19.45 as the table was reserved so I said yes I'm sure we will have eaten all by then. Food was served at 19.10 and after eating at 19.30 I asked for a desert menu but was told we would have to move upstairs or eat at the bar. Well I'm sorry is my money and custom not as good as everyone else's. Very disappointed after the reviews I heard I think that if asked to return to here for a meal in the future il go to the takeaway across the road where my custom and money will be appreciated.

Group of 13 couldn't be accommodated as we weren't all eating at the time. 2 of us went back and food was mediocre.. Won't go back

Ran into the owner's wife at a nearby shoe store, and she highly recommended trying this place stating "it's use of organic & local grown foods, that focus on traditional Irish cuisines with a huge variety of craft beers and ciders". I was sold at local grown! The atmosphere, service and hospitality(and beer selection) was second to none. The owner came over and chatted about his times in the states, and even gave us a map of "best eats in ireland (as we were traveling the country for 8 days) and circled some recommendations for our next town. Above and beyond! Memories like these are invaluable, huge thanks to Ronin and his lovely wife!

One of the best gastro pubs in Ireland. Great value for wine and craft beers. Very popular. Eat downstairs for the best atmosphere.
