  All I can say is the Monte Carlo has been voted the best chip shop in Ireland. And yes it is the best chip shop takeaway I have ever had. Fresh fish brought in daily. Chips made the old fashion way and the salad burger is unbelievable. Burgers are proper burgers. If in monaghan you have to check it out.

  One of my favourite chip shops - ever!! I do not know, is it just the loads of vinegar - or what? Maybe memories as a kid going in here & getting chips after school some days.just not sure. But wow
