Old pub trying to be upscale dining. Food good but not great.
We had two really great meals here and the very best desert ever: lemon pie 😋😋😋😋😋
Service is so friendly and atmosphere is cosy pub style. It's the first time in years that I looked at a menu and couldn't make up my mind because everything was so attractive.
Loads of fish and seafood dishes. I would like one or two good vegetarian/vegan options to make it completely perfect
Go soon, before it becomes too popular!
Nice friendly pub. Had the chowder and a pint and was very happy. Perfect after you have done some exploring.
Simply the finest restaurant for some way. If you're over in September you must book in for the Seafood Extravaganza buffet evening as part of a food festival. Just amazing!
It's a welcoming restaurant, with friendly staff, and fine food. You must visit it.
Great food. Reasonably priced. Gorgeous mussels as a starter. Very generous portions. Worth stopping by here. The staff are lovely and welcoming
Best place to visit for food and drink in Ireland
Great food and location
Great food, their chowder is one of the best ever. Nice bar with open fire.
Great food and atmosphere. Family friendly as well. Definitely worth the detour off the major roads.
Visited with two friends, their 10 and 6 year old and my 4 month old. Incredible food including a great kids menu. Mussels, chowder and smoked salmon salad ordered by the adults were all fantastic. Only drawback was no changing facilities which meant a change in the boot of our car, really not ideal.
