Great coffee. Always a new flavour to try. Food is amazing and the owner is lovely. Really loves what he does and that comes across in the food. Can be slow getting served however, but the food and coffee are always worth it.

Such a pleasurable experience. We love coffee and had visited 10 different shops that all were average in our short time in Ireland. Then we popped into Suas and met Conor. The man knows his stuff. He's doing coffee right and has the knowledge to back. But this shop isn't just knowledge, it's such a superb experience. Many can talk the talk of coffee, but few walk the walk when it comes to quality coffee AND experience. Thanks for the time Connor, the coffee, and above all the experience!

We had chorizo and duck egg, and smoked salmon and duck egg, along with smoothies. Everything was delicious, though in hindsight, selecting the spiciness of the chorizo didn't feel right for breakfast for me. Other members of our party said that the lattes here are fantastic.

Would be great if they had freshly squeezed juice options.

Fantastic coffee, wonderful waitress. The scones are delicious. And the owner was awesome. When we mentioned we would be just passing through Ennis, he took time to write down names for three other high-quality coffee shops in our next city.

What an amazingly well run coffee shop. Best I've been to in Ireland. Owner is very good at his job and respect to the business he has built. Amazing coffee. Buy all my 3FE there.

Amazing coffee. Different flavours from around the world everyday. Owner is passionate about his coffee. Chain coffee houses don't put as much passion into there coffee stock.
