Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice location on the Shannon. Pretty gardens. Great views from the lake view rooms. Lovely room and very clean.

We attended a wedding in Lakeside Hotel over the weekend and were blown away by how beautiful the Hotel and the whole area is. The staff were so cheerful and friendly, smiles all round. The food all through our stay was beautifully served and tasted fab. We will be booking for an away break soon and would recommend it totally. Loved it.!!!

Would never stay here again, We were told we could have early access to our rooms to change, But this was a lie, we were given a room that was not cleaned, the beds were not made, No clean towels only used. We were then given our proper rooms at 3 o clock, which when i proceeded to open my hotel room, I found two guests were already in our room having Coffee. Not only did this happen to me but to several other guests that stayed that night.

We went for an afternoon coffee and cake. The service was good, our waitress was nice. There were six of us and four ordered the warm brownies. They came solid as a rock so we had to swap them out for ice cream. Other than that, nice place.

No room service,ordered wine to be in the room when me and girlfriend arrived there was no Cork for the wine,I used the restrooms in the lobby and they were absolutely filthy was disgusting.
