I walked in and the man on staff heated my food and carried my bags up. He was so courteous. My room is clean and has a private bath. It is also relatively spacious compared to others in which I have stayed. I just got in, but so far, I highly recommend this place.

Close to the city centre. Parking. Good breakfast and if you walk 2.5 km you will see the castle. The owner was really nice! And the room was comfortable and clean.

This family run B + B was very nice, the room was small, but comfortable, (it's only used for sleeping, so was fine) the only downside was - the shower was only luke warm, asked for temperature to be turned up, but didn't happen + when weather got cooler they didn't put heating on. No Sky TV only 5 basic channels.

Unfortunately the room I was given had a loud sound of knocking pipes that went on into the early hours. The room smelt of mould and was in need of refubishment. The owner said the loud noise would abate as it happens when the heating is on and he'd switched the heating off 5 hours before but it was still ongoing and too loud to sleep through. I had already spoken to him about it twice saying I doubted I'd be able to sleep through it and he insisted it would stop. At 1am after having tried earplugs and pillows over the head and trying for an over an hour to sleep I rang him. he didn't answer - despite their booking form saying they were accessible 24 hours a day on the phone. I knew they were fully booked, so he wouldn't be able to switch me to another room. In the end, I had to wake my companion in another room to share with her. By comparison her room was very nice. But both of us struggled to share the bed - and in the end one had to sleep on the floor. Awful night with very little sleep for either of us and an unsympathetic owner in the morning. Really felt the room should not have been offered for B and B given the owner was aware of the pipes knocking in that room. Can't therefore recommend it as you don't know what room you'll be given. The location was very central to the main town, but a very dangerous exit onto the main road and could do with a mirror to help you to see traffic. I had to get a passer by to help guide me out.
