Was served chicken vol au vent and found a a piece of bone in it and my drink was served in a chipped glass. I made the staff aware of both matters but received no response.

Shouldn't have been surprised, this place was an alround winner! Great staff, delicious food and I mean delicious! Great location next to Muckross house and Abbey. We're going back!

Looks evin better in real life,views are amazing and right beside the national park, but a good 10 min walk to town.but there is a shop 2 mins away and a amazing restaurant and bar.

Good size rooms with plenty of space and very clean; family friendly. The pub/restaurant needs to be managed better during the busy time. Tasty breakfast!

Hotel shows signs of age somewhat. Nothing specific. Just odds and ends that are old or not well maintained like soap dispensers, public toilets. Speaking of which, the male toilet at the convention center reeked of pee. The pillows are about as tall as a slice of toast and as fluffy as a hard cover book. Rooms are not air conditioned which might be ok in summer if the windows could be opened for some fresh breeze. Problem here would be the noise from traffic or nearby cow. Location is good and service is friendly. Food at the bar is so so.
