Great experience would stay here again. Location was excellent close to food and entertainment, our room was clean and breakfast was good. This was the best accommodation we had on our trip our room was spacious enough for them to add a third bed for our children.

There is so much charm to this place! We loved the comfortable size king suite overlooking the city street. The rooms were clean updated and comfortable. Close to many walking points in the city. The breakfast was wonderful. We really did enjoy this charming hotel and the friendly staff

The rooms were well appointed. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast generous. We met the owner and you could tell that he was very proud of his establishment! The location could not be better!

The images online don't do justice. It was recently renovated and so much better than the pics. In this family-owned cozy hotel, it was so nice to see everyone working efficiently, friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious and spotless-clean. I have a sensitivity to dust, but didn't feel any like I normally do at other hotels. Breakfast was delicious, too.

Great hotel and location. The staff was very friendly and the location was exceptional. My group stayed in three different rooms and everyone was very happy. The breakfast was terrific and had a good variety. I saw a complaint about the room temp. While travelling we stayed in 5 different hotels of equal quality, they were all on the warm side, but not a problem. The hotel is located near a large selection of shops and restaurants as well as access to the National Park. Everyone in my group wants to come back and stay for a week.

Good: Beautiful place, great location, friendly reception staff, clean, room was lovely!
Bad: the walls are thin so you can hear everything from the cars outside to the people in the hall, the doors don't have soft close so they slam.
Ugly: Last day, breakfast my husband sat down for breakfast to work for a bit and I came down about 20 min later. As soon as I sat the waitress asked if I was ready and I said I still needed a minute20 minutes later she came back and asked if I had decided. There was 5 tables including ours at the time with 2 waitresses. I asked for coffee and toast which never came so I got up to go ask the other waitress. I felt as if there was some passive-aggressive behavior going on and it put a damper on our last day. Mind you the restaurant was completely full the day before and we had no trouble being served in a timely manner..different staff though. The waitresses name was Lowba..I am certain I am not spelling that correct! This is the main reason for the 3 star instead of 4.
Remember this is a guest house not a hotel so there are no extras example: conditioner (only a shampoo/conditioner in one), wash clothes, food other than breakfast served in house which is a fixed menu (about 6 meals to choose from with a cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice table in the middle).
Even though we had a bad experience the last day for breakfast I would recommend staying here!response / report this review -

Stayed here the weekend. Had an enjoyable stay. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend people to stay here. And I will be back again in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good solid hotel. Odd check in system. But great location close to the outlet mall and not far from the busy main street. Close to the stadium as well.
