A very pretty b&b beside a lake over looking Donegal

The room was clean, pretty and open with more space than most. The view was lovely, and the host was thorough. Breakfast was prompt and tasty.

The only downside I can think of is low water pressure in the shower. A small price to pay for such cozy accommodation.

The Arches Country House was a wonderful place to stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a garden in front that offers an outstanding view of Lough Eske. We enjoyed a picnic dinner at the table in the garden. The room was large and well-appointed. After experiencing a number of small, cramped bathrooms during our trip, it was delightful to find our room had a large, modern bathroom with a fabulous shower and huge, thick, white towels. We loved this place and would return in a heart beat.

Excellent. Good service, pleasant, friendly and welcoming owner. Breakfast very good with a good selection and menu. Lovely grounds in a beautiful setting overlooking Lough Eske, Co Donegal.

Ganz freundliche Hausdame und ein grandioses Anwesen! Das Wasser zum Duschen ist in der Gegend nicht ganz klar aber offensichtlich unschädlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent! We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the beautifully situated B/B Country House. Our hostess Noreen was very welcoming .
Crisp white bedlinen and towels.Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely breakfast and chat each morning .We shall return next time we visit Donegal. Highly recommended.

The house has excellent views, all the way (on a good day) down to Benbulben in Sligo, a distance of 40 miles. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are quiet and very well equipped. I've stayed here twice, and would recommend the Arches to anyone.
