  I contacted the appliance man on what's app and he was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine there and then. Advised it was not worth fixing but offered to call out to confirm if I wanted. I trusted his opinion based on his reviews here. Advised what brand to get going forward. Excellent customer service giving that he did not receive payment. Will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

  The best customer experience ever ! I cannot recommend Dave highly enough, responded to my email within hours, kept me updated on parts, when they were arriving, etc , sorted within days. It’s rare to find that level of service - thank you !

  Called Dave after finding on Google search & read excellent reviews . Explained issue as best I could & he knew straight away what problem was, asked make of oven & the next day fitted the part saving me €500+ for a new oven/ grill. Also noticed a bulb in extractor fan was gone & replaced. Professional, friendly & excellent efficient service. Highly recommend
