I couldn't recommend Peter more. Having a big water leak in the house, ceiling raining, downstairs flooded, having to deal with insurance company then Peter took every single bit of stress away. He looked after absolutely everything, very thorough, and then within a few weeks he phones to say he has a cheque for you - and a generous one at that - from the insurance company. I wouldn't hesitate for a second about using this company, they are fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would highly recommend Peter in PCLA.
After I had a bad leak in our investment property I contacted Peter to assess the damage.
He called out and inspected the property and arranged everything from start to finish with our claim.
He was efficient, helpful and explained the process for us in great detail. He made what could have been a very stressful situation very simple and straight forward. I would highly recommend.

Dean from PCLA was very professional and courteous when he assessed our property after a flood. From day one he was happy to work on my behalf and dealing with the insurance company on my claim. He kept updating me with the current status on a regular basis. Dean managed to achieve the maximum payout more than what i was expected. I highly recommend this company. You do not need to worry about anything as they take care of everything.
