Terrible!! No communication even after leaving messeges for a call back. Started me rebate with them over a month ago and still waiting. AVOID!!!!response / report this review -

Dont use them, they have some unscrupulous agents working for them i wont go into detail but you can file the tax returns yourself using Revenues ROS online service

Leaving one star as they did apsolutly nothing for my husbands request and they charged him over 300 quid! Lack of manners they treated him got me stunned! Not even an apology sentence in a email that starts with 'our accountant didn't fully disclose'
Not to mention according to them he owed Revenue nearly 4000.. Jokers! That's what they are, we all should just laugh at them!response / report this review -

Waste of time and money!
Thought of using them to retro file taxes for the last couple of years. They delayed the process for months and didn't respond satisfactorily even after multiple followups. The sales and customer support folks are least interested to help you or may be do not have any knowledge of the Irish taxation. The standard reply was- "We will check with our 'tax experts' and get back to you!"
One thing they did good was they annoyed me so bad with their lack of knowledge and commitment that I wrecked my head with Revenue online and figured out it was a very easy process. Saved a fortune because Taxback was costing me a limb for simple stuffs like Airbnb hosting.

I like the efficient way of Taxback, is an easy and fast process. I didn`t imagine it would be so easy to get my tax back. They waited for me when I couldn`t reply to the messages and when I finally had time to respond, they did the whole the process very quickly.

Great service, especially Maria who was always available during the process with diligent, clear answers, excellent follow up and friendly service which built a real customer relationship which was unexpected due to the "digital` initial application.

Lost my information several times, told me completely wrong figures for my tax refund. Charged loads for my refund to the point that I got hardly anything returned, some of the charges they were not upfront about and I had to question why the amount they emailed me to be returned was not the amount that appeared in my bank account. Took over a year for some of the refund to be made. Terrible service, terrible customer service team, dreadful experience.

Making customer pay $35 for bank transfer on top of other fees and not giving them an alternative option not so great 👎
