The most confusing and difficult website ever, no direct helpline to help in the service providing.
Charge 80euro for normal appointment only, 35 euro only for scanning documents, 30 euro for registered post which is normally 10 euro.
Money grabbers,
Minimum 80 to 110 euro easily easily for 3 to 4 minutes appointment time.
Trying to push clients on the website to Premium and high Premium service to make euros , some service shows Not available.
Super friendly staff. It runs very efficiently as well. I do wish they opened up more of the affordable (free) time slots cos the visa is so expensive lol but understand that they also need to be paid. But I’ve been there 3 times now and I got really good service every single time. Even my first time there I didn’t realise I had to upload the documents online, they were friendly enough to allow me to switch to assisted service.
Brilliant staff, very quick service and always willing to help
It was a the best experience I had in Tls Dublin today. Found them extremely helpful and very cooperative, All the staff with No Exception were unbelievable helpful. Reading the reviews I was thinking otherwise. May Almighty give them the best reward to them
Very organised, fast and friendly service, I got everything done in 15 minutes - definitely one of the best visa centres visits for me :)
very quick process, even during covid. literraly took me 5-7 min inside for biometrics and document submission.
Super fast service. And the staff is so lovely. Everyone I worked with were very kind and helpful. Had a great experience.
In fact all the staffs are friendly, the security man welcome me with a smile and took me to the next desk. The man who was there too welcome me with a smile and start a conversation which I was so happy. The appointment time was so fast and quick, they don't waste your time. I can't say much but all the staffs are very nice. Keep it up. Wish you guys all the best in your good work.
Friendly and efficient staff. Appointment was on time, and everything ran smoothly.
If you are using their assisted service (fee charged) bring originals and copies of everything, including application receipt and checklist.
Using the self service (free) you still need to take printouts of the application receipt and checklist. Also a copy of confirmation of the uploaded document.
For collection take the document that you received during the application as well as original and copy of Identity document.
Probably best day of my life!
The timing was superb. Service level agreement achieved in 12 days! From start to finish was a seamless, efficient process. Definitely a service provider other Embassies can consider!
Looking forward to using your services in the future!
Keep up the good work!
In simple words, an office to officially rip people off Why making simple things too sophisticated.. Outsourcing was meant to help in simplifying the process not to put procedures to simply get more money versus minute service I didn't like the concept at all I really hope that I won't need to go that direction any further!!
I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and talkative and at the same time very fast with the operations. There was a bare minimum waiting time even though I was early for the appointment. Everything is explained pretty well.
Realistically, you have to pay to get any sort of appointment, unless you're willing to wait a few weeks just to submit your documents. It's not even a small amount.. around a 100 euros on top of the visa fees! They're taking advantage of people because they know they can. No other embassy in Dublin charges money for appointments, and I'm surprised the UK embassy is allowing a private company to rip people off like this. However, the staff is nice and helpful.
I always enjoy my visits to this center. The office is organized and efficient. Both premier and regular times are good, but you get your stuff done quicker when using the premier service. I have also used the service where you keep your passport - note that this will translate to 4 visits as when you are due to collect the visa, you have to leave your passport and come back a day later or so to get the sticker on your actual passport. If you can leave your passport, it's best to choose that option and save yourself 80 euros. For the service and the value - all add ons are worth it.
Me and my family were there at the TLS visa office in Dublin. We had our applications wrongly filled, but the staff were very helpful . The staff were very lovely and informative. It was a busy morning, however, the staff took adequate time to explain the procedure and the type of visa applications we should make. We strongly recommend their service. Myself and family are really grateful for all the help given at the desk. Appreciating all the efforts and time.. God bless.
Accompanied by the mother, very good staff, very efficient
I the day before my appointment, I could not upload my documents due maintenance in the website. I took screenshot for the web page as well as email them. Next day morning I tried but the documents still not uploaded. I did also screenshot the page web.
When I reached there, I explained to them but they weren't collaborators. They made me pay the fee for assistant server for scanning, although I did have all my documents as pdf in my google drive.
They said you cannot upload it online because is too late (It turned out that I can do it as long as I did not enter the appointment). I contacted the customer service through my application number more than time but there are no response.
It's simultaneously negative and positive. It's positive because when I arrived in the Dublin center, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's negative, because due to the technical errors I did not receive any appointment-confirmation letter for my urgent visa application after payment, and the morning of my arrival in the Dublin application center, I received a system email saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled. The procedure is exhausted, took me extra time to ask around about the procedure. I only wish my urgent priority visa would be handled quickly by the procedure.
Thank you for the very good service! The staff is really devoted to help the applicant go through. From the door, to the reception, to the waiting room and file processing, all were really kind and helpful. God bless you!
30 min wait was okay. But they have so many charges for more services. What a capitalist. If you did not submit all the document you will be charged at least €23. So make sure all required documents are submitted. Don’t place the wrong button. Though the website can be tricky. Overall service was okay. Just didn’t impress with the service at the front desk.
I have tried using the contact form on your website with regards to my account, but it doesn't work, it keeps saying "connection time out". I have tried it from multiple computers with different internet providers.
Your website says I need to log on to GOV.UK first before getting redirected to my account on TLScontact, but that doesn't work either.
I would be glad if you could provide some assistance with regards to tracking my application please.
Very helpful people, kind and polite. The service was really fast, I didn't have to wait at all. Thank you.
My appointment was at 9: 30. It was a great experience for its my 4th time to apply for a UK visa. The staff were helpful and i spent less than 40 minutes to get through. Very good service
Staff are highly professional here. My whole application process took just 10mins for all 3 steps. I just feel that the staff at the document collection and scanning step (step 2) should name and ask for documents one by one so that the applicant can be rest assured that he/she has provided all the required docs and not missed any. Overall it was a great experience though.
We got some great service here. People were very professional and objective in executing their duties. They took their time to explain things and did not rush us ensuring that documents were received accurately. Very customer centric.
The visas came out rather quickly than expected too.
Only suggestion is to enhance the visa application process for group applications specially families.
Staff were very kind and helpful. They were efficient and the process took only a few minutes. Also my original papers were given back immediately. Thanks so much.
The people here are so kind, helpful, and understanding. I loved the front desk people, but I’m sure had I spent more time with the other employees, I would have loved them as well. As it is, I really enjoyed my time here, and would definitely come again. Thank you guys so much!
My appointment delayed by an hour, it took two hours to complete the whole process. One of staff member was not nice at all, but generally the staff is very good. Prices are high, another person got late and they were asking her for €50 payment, late charges or some other type of fees or something. When we get late, then we are liable for penalty but when they delay us, that is fine. This is not fair. There should be some relaxation. In addition, no parking, but there is nearby shopping Centre where you can park easily.
Awful experience. Got two UK visas in two years, either of them is close to pleasant. This time I asked for the so called 'keep your passport' premium service - why is it even premium anyway. 70 euros. Then, after they received your money, will they only tell you that they will need two days to stick the visa onto the passport so that you will have to come again, twice. Or, pay 8 euro for the registered post to send and 30 euro to TLS to receive - pre applicant.
Then is the dramatic part. I asked for a receipt so I can get reimbursed. They said it will be sent to me by email, but no. Not in spam either. Anyway, talked to their customer service, was told they cannot do anything. Went back again - I don't think anyone of then cares about their job at all - quite rude firstly, then told me since the passport is on my hand, they cannot 'resend' me the email because they are not supposed to keep my email address on file. Well, moment ago, they asked me for a photocopy of my ID card - so that suppose to be kept?
Apparently by complaining here won't solve anything. And since this is a monopoly, I really have no other choice.
But, if you can go some other countries to get your visa applications done, do it. Here is astonishing overpriced and dreadfully disappointing.
Missing Parking. Waiting Area is not good at all. Basically stairs. Process is quick enough lot batter then other embassies. No public parking. So you have to park in shopping centre.
I would like to thank all the team at TLS Contact Dublin for being extremely helpful, kind and patient throughout my application process. Everybody is very human, professional and knowledgeable. My first application contained an error and I was kindly advised on how to correct it without losing my money. My second application was getting delayed and they made sure that my application was being considered. I think that people who work here did everything they could have possibly done to help me, support me and emphathize with me. Thank you a lot!
They are very far, I had to travel from Cork and find it in the middle of nowhere. They dont have a working phone number on which you can reach them, and they have poor communications. My passport is with them for 5 days now after they have received it, and it has not been dispatched yet, and I have not been informed on when is it going to be.
I don't know what the f can take them about 20 days to decide whether give you a poster, they can actually finish everything but they just want you to wait or pay extra 200€ even take boat I can return between U.K. And Dublin for few times, it's only a agent that oppress people who from countries that need VISA to travel. I also did Japanese VISA in Dublin it's only take 3-5 days with 25€. I can only feel the greedy of UK government
Quite straightforward and helpful staff.
The application is managed and processed by U.K. but this centre gave no reason to complain. I got my passport delivered by courier and the visa arrived in STANDARD 3 weeks.
Actually much better than I expected. Very friendly and professional staff, no complaints in this regard.
The only downside is location. It's a disaster.
P.S. It took 12 working days to process my application (although 15-20 was promised), one day do deliver passport.
This is the worst experience I ever had in my life for visa application service. First of all, the application form is so long and so many repeated questions, eg. I fill out my address at least 5 times. The location is middle of nowhere, every time I have to spend 50€ for taxi, plus all the service the Visa center charge just like thieves. Super long queue at the center while everyone has an appointment. I don't think I have any experience with them that they met me at the appointment time. They put the online payment computer right next to the X-ray machine which it's not possible for me to finish the payment, and there is no alternatives for it. So I have to leave.
The staff is nice while it takes a long time to get there. The website says you can get your passport back in 10 days but I haven't got it back after waiting for 3 weeks.
This is the most ridiculous profit making system of the obnoxious British Gov. After filling the 10 page form and waiting for a month for the appointment and paying the 180 fee, driving for 3 hours to get there. We keep your passport for 2-3 weeks (website says 5 days), they say you can expedite it by paying 240. As if they are still colonising other people around the world. I hope Nicola Sturgeon will pull the trigger on Scottish independent and N.IR unites with the Republic and we will see how it goes after that.
Btw, I am gonna teach this as an example of customer service failure in public services in Marketing classes.
The staff are very nice, that's about it.
1. Very long waiting times for available appointments
2. It takes ages to get to Santry from anywhere
3. My application is taking forever and there is nothing anybody can do. They have my passport so I can't travel. I am about to miss a very important event because of this
Truly frustrating
Have applied for a UK visa twice over the last couple of years. The process has been smooth both times.
Yes, the location is kind of remote and can be hard to find. This was a bit of a problem for me the first time which was 2 years ago. Since then, I have started working in an office in the same business campus. This made the second time a few months ago easier, as it is a 5-minute walk from work.
